Approval of Developer Events for the Import of Genetically Modified (GM) Soybean Grain as Food, Feed and Processing (FFP)

In pursuance of the decisions of the 37th National Biosafety Committee (NBC) Meeting held on 13th May 2026, the developer licenses for the following genetically modified (GM) events have been approved.  Importers are advised to submit their applications for import permits through the BCH Portal against the approved GM events in compliance with the approved SOPs and other applicable regulatory requirements.
